The progress bar has four stages. Syncing profiles means pulling your latest match history and team rosters from Etruesports’ live servers. Takes 10 (25) seconds. Rebuilding cache reloads local assets. Icons, maps, UI skins.
Usually under 12 seconds. Then it validates files. Then it restarts.
Cached DNS entries break this more than anything else. Every. Single.
Time.
On Windows? Run ipconfig /flushdns in Command Prompt. On Mac? sudo dscacheutil -flushcache.
On iOS? Toggle Airplane Mode twice. Android?
Forget the Wi-Fi network and rejoin.

Or you type your password and get kicked back to login. again.
I’ve been there. Twice. Once cost me a full weekend of live match tracking.
Blank dashboard? Clear the service worker and hard-reload. Not “refresh.” Hard-reload.
(Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows. Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.) That’s the fastest fix for ERRETRUESYNC_409. Which means your browser cached a broken sync state.
It’s not your data. It’s your browser lying to itself.
Missing historical stats? Go to Settings > Data Recovery. Flip the manual resync toggle.
Wait 90 seconds. Don’t close the tab. Don’t click anything else.
Just wait.
Login loops? Your OAuth tokens are stale. Revoke them directly in the security portal (not) the app, not email, the portal.
